Adding Call Plan to package

We used to have a call plan with our broadband and telephone package but decided to take it off. How do we go about adding it again, if we wanted to?, in the future. When I go into change product there are no call packages on the option to change broadband.

Hi Charley,
It should give you the option to "Keep this product". If you select that, then it should take you to a selection of phone packages.
Let me know if there are any problems, and I can change your account from our side.

Hi Matty, when I go I to keep this product and select it, it takes me to my current phone package but there are no options to change it.

That does seem odd. Can you open a ticket on your account here stating which phone package you'd like to change to and I can arrange that to take effect on your next billing date?
