Adding Anytime & calling features

My line has just transferred to Plusnet. In a few weeks, I will want to add Anytime minutes and some calling features to the line.
Does this have to be activated on a specific billing date, or can calls packages/line features be added/removed ad-hoc in the middle of a billing cycle?

Hi , adding or removing product calling features, is done on the billing date , but you can request them at anytime.

Thanks Mike, what about call packages? Same thing?
So basically, I can place the order now, but everything will only activate on the next billing date?

Call features can be requested and go active at any point in the billing cycle. Changes to your product (i.e. Anytime, in your case) are scheduled for your next invoice date. I think internally we can do them instantly (the facility exists) so give Support a call and see what they can do.

Update
Due to BT not doing what they said they would do, I had to try and make the move to Anytime today. Support said it could only be scheduled for the next billing date, which is two weeks away.. slightly annoying, but not a lot I can do apparently...

Hi, just checked with our business support team and I'm afraid I wasn't able to get the change made for you now, sorry about that - though it'll go through on your next billing date, hope that's alright.

Thanks for looking into it. It was actually for a residential account (and not the account linked to this forum username) - ordered yesterday, pending completion on the 27th.
