Added home phone to fibre broadband only contract.

Hello all.

I’ve started a new contract with Plusnet. Previously was only a fibre broadband only customer however I’ve started a new contract which includes the phone option, with the phone I was was BT for the line rental. The question is, will Plusnet now contact BT to let them know I’ve changed over or will I have to contact BT?

The process is gainer led, so Plusnet will handle it all. In fact it might rooster the whole thing up if you contact BT.

If you were paying BT by direct debit, best not to cancel it until any monies owing either way have been settled.
