Add on pricing not clear?

So I recently became a Plusnet customer and included weekend & evening calls for an extra £5 a month.  Now I'm thinking I might change that to the anytime calls included feature.  But the pricing is unclear to me.  It shows as £9 a month.  Is that in addition to the £5 I already pay?

Thank you

Welcome to the forum.  😁

'Anytime' includes evenings and weekends.

It's a change of call plan, so you'll pay £9 instead of £5

Re: Add on pricing not clear?

Welcome to the forum @Biddi The simple answer is no. If you opt for anytime calls, the E+W component is replaced by anytime.

Note the change will only take effect from your next billing date, and you will be unable to make any further changes until after that time.

Hi @Biddi,

Thank you for taking your time to get in touch.

I can see that you have already received a response in regards to the call plan. If you would like any further information about the plans available and the call charges the following link should help. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/

Kind regards,
