I have Plusnet Essentials BB with a monthly limit of 10 GB at cost of £5.99. Phone rental is with BT. Wondering whether to move phone to Plusnet also bur can't find this option on the website. Would this be available as a Plusnet package, contract?, would there be a charge for 1571 like BT?, would I get unlimited BB?, wold Plusnet give me a new router - I joined 5 years ago and still only have the original one port Ethernet one?

best thing to do is call customer options and work out a deal with them

You can add phone via the member centre, however you'd probably be better of calling our Customer Options Team as Dvorak has advised.
They should be able to get you on a more up to date package while migrating the phone to us. If you re-contract, it won't be a problem to get a new router sent out for the £6.99 P&P cost and standard 1571 voicemail would be free if you wanted it
