I have a message showing on my account that say "
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
I have no phone on order, Can someone please have this error removed?

Hi @Mft4, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear there's a stuck change on your account preventing any further changes going through. I've requested this be unstuck by the necessary back end team and this should be actioned and removed in the next 1-3 days for you. This should allow you to make changes via the member center again thereafter. If there's anything we can help you with moving forwards then please don't hesitate getting back in touch.
