Account details

I've received the account username and password for the changeover from Yourcalls to Plus.Net
However, there is a problem with the username, namely that it isn't recognised with Plus.Net, but (with the removal of two characters), is with YourCalls.net (just cant do anything with it).

Could you please PM me with the username we sent you, along with your postcode?
I should be able to track down your account with those details.
