A few Questions about PN Home Phone...

1:  At present our BT phone bill is about £135 a quarter (including everything..
So thats about £45 a month.
As I understand it, I can pay just £15 a month on top of our Broadband Premier 1 and recieve free calls to all landlines plus the line rental all included?
Is that correct?
So we would just have to pay extra for mobile calls?
2: SO as I work it out, as long as our mobile calls dont run to over £30 a month, we would make a saving by changing to Plusnet £15 deal...
Is that correct? Or is there anything I am missing?
3: If we do change to Plusnet Home Phone, is there a minimum period if things dont work out?  Do we have to pay a connection fee? Or a fee to return to BT if things didnt go as planned?

Thanks for your help Smiley

Re: A few Questions about PN Home Phone...

Hi there,
That's pretty much it to be honest with you. Smiley
On Home Phone Anytime+ you will only pay for mobile and non-geographical calls, plus any international calls outside your allowance.
There is no charge to transfer, no contract period, and no cancellation fee.

Re: A few Questions about PN Home Phone...

As a Metronet customer I have just read this exchange.
When am I going to be able to change to a combined Phone & Broadband Service?
At present I pay Metronet for Broadband (excellent service & cost) BT for my line only & 18185 for all my calls. Huh

Re: A few Questions about PN Home Phone...

Hi there,
Unfortunately Home Phone is not available on Metronet. There are currently no plans to introduce this to the Metronet product set.
If you wished to have the service you would presently need to move to PlusNet. I'd be happy to arrange this for you if you wish?
