6 Weeks now without phone line fix? Totally dead - help!

my mother has been without phone and broadband for 2 1/2 weeks now, keep getting lots of emails and texts stating it has been escalated, when I post on the forums, the (members) berate me and my posts get taken down, this one will be gone in a minute

I'm sure your post will not be removed unless ot breaks the forum rules.
It must be extremely frustrating to be without a working phone line for any substantial time and I sincerely hope it is resolved as soon as it can be but please believe me, if Plusnet have told you it has been escalated (presumably with their supplier BT Wholesale) then it has.
Don't take the deletion of duplicate posts or similar as anything personal, the moderators here apply the rules fairly and without prejudice to the best of their ability.
