5 Days+ And No Dial Tone

5 days of no dialtone was ok at first, I really enjoyed the peace & quiet but having been told, "The problems you're experiencing are usually resolved within 1-3 working days. If this isn't the case, we'll contact you to let you know"

Fault was automatically logged on 25th September after using the line checker and it's still dead!

I also have no usable mobile signal at home so have to leave home and search for a signal...which is great fun when I need to keep in touch with elderly parents!  Wink

Just spotted this from yesterday...

Question [ xxxxxxxxx ] is now off hold. Our Support Team will provide a further update soon.

As if by magic, as I was typing, an Openreach Engineer called!
Fingers crossed!!!!

Re: 5 Days+ And No Dial Tone

Sorry that you're experiencing problems with your phone line and for the delay in getting it looked at.

Did the engineer fix the fault over the weekend? If not feel free to post up the ticket/question number and we'll be happy to help.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
