2000 minutes for mobile calls included?

Over what period of time am I allowed these included 2000 minutes of mobile calls - do I get them to use every month or is it just 2000 minutes spread out over the length of the 12 month contract?  I'm on Home Phone Anytime uk calls and mobile calls.  Thanks

@LynByn2 @adamwalker

But be aware of this restriction on your calls otherwise it gets expensive

https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/broadband-and-phone/#included-calls

Note: Calls become chargeable after 60 minutes, redial to avoid call charges. 1000 inclusive minutes to UK mobiles on Evening & Weekend UK & Mobile Calls and 2000 inclusive minutes to UK mobiles on Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls.

I'm not sure if you also would be charged for the first 60 minutes so a 61 minute call may cost 61 minutes of real extra money, while a 59 minute call would be taken from the 2000 inclusive minutes.

60 minutes would be inclusive - the 61st minute would be chargeable.

Re: 2000 minutes for mobile calls included?

Hi again - no wouldn't it be that I'd be charged for the whole 61 minutes if I was on a particular call and I went over the 60 minute duration allowance?  I don't think it would just be a charge for the 61st minute, I reckon I would be charged for the whole 61 minutes?  Thanks

From previous bills I know that is not how call plans work. You would be charged for one minute.

Re: 2000 minutes for mobile calls included?

Hi @LynByn2,

I can confirm that @198kHz is correct - if you exceed 60 minutes on a call the first 60 minutes would still be inclusive and you would just be charged for the 61st minute onwards. However, I would recommend hanging up and re-dialling if you find that the call is approaching 60 minutes as this will ensure that you're not charged.
