Can anyone have a nosey at ticket #118297730 please. My phone was cut off 2 weeks ago. All my neighbours came back up 3 days later but me. An openreach buddy tells me that the problem was resolved with the faulty cable 3 days after everyone was cut off.
Hi Jaowon, welcome to the forums! We've not received any updates from our suppliers regarding this matter, so I've just given them a call. They're not aware of the fault being resolved and they advised they have been escalating this matter from their side and are expecting updates early next week. I can only assume that more than one 'common fault' (A fault affecting multiple circuits in the same area) was affecting lines in your area and the issue with your line may not be the same that your neighbours and openreach buddy were talking about
