If you're on Homephone evening and weekends with a Plusnet line rental are you able to use to the 18185 override service for daytime calls should you wish?

Yes you can.  What you're referring to is CPS (Carrier Pre-Select) which will work on our services.  However, if you have any problems with it, I'm afraid that it's not something that we would be able to support you with.

I've been using 18185 for about 22 months, in conjunction with Plusnet E&W, and have had no problems
