18185 and 0844calls

Hi all,
I wanted to find out about the use of override providers such as 18185 and 0844calls.co.uk
1) It seems like Plusnet do not block these types of calls. Is that correct?
2) 18185 charges a connection fee on some of its calls (usually around 5p). Will I also be charged Plusnet's 13.87p "call setup" charge on top of this?
3) The number 0844 200 8585 (a g22 number) is listed as costing 1p per minute. Is Plusnet's 13.87p "call setup" charge also applied to such calls?

18185 calls are free no PN setup costs.
If you dial from PN to 0844 then the setup fee will be added to the total cost.

We don't see details of any call using CPS so we have no opportunity to apply any charges
A setup fee is applied to g22 as per http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/
