How do I unblock a blocked number on 1572 that is not on the short list request?

As far as I’m aware it’s not possible if there’s no option to when you dial 1572.
If that’s the case to remove a number you may have to turn off Call Protect then turn it back on which will effectively reset everything you’ve added to the block list
