Hi @Cclack6354,
I'm sorry to hear that this is the case. I've reviewed your account and from what I can see, the service should be active. In what way isn't it working? Also, have you tried unplugging your phone and then plugging it back in after about 30 seconds?

I have turned on and off but I still get the message “The service cannot be connected” when I dial 1572.

I'm sorry to hear that this is the case. I'm going to try removing the feature from your account and re-adding it to see if this has any affect. I've removed it this evening and will need to add it back on tomorrow, at which point it should go live within 24 working hours. If it's still not working by the end of Monday, please get back in touch and we'll be happy to investigate further.

My mother-in-law is having the same problem trying to block a specific number.
On dialling 1572 she also gets the message 'the service cannot be connected'.
When she logs in to her account the call features show 'awaiting activation'.
