1572 not blocking calls

I'm trying to work here and I have had three calls from 01292787021 in the last 2 hours despite my referring the call to 1572.

How can I check that the call divert is activated please?

Hi there, if you press for after calling 1572 that should take you to a menu with an option to check the diverted list. Do give that a try and let us know that continues to be a problem for you. - Adam

I get option 1 to add, 2 to remove, 3 to listen to messages 4 for personal options. Nothing about a diverted list.

OK, I might have misinterpreted what that option includes. I can confirm from our side of things that the 1572 service is definitely active. Is this still proving to be an issue for you? - Adam

Many thanks for your speedy replies. Investigating the user settings, I find that do not disturb is set to off. Should this be set to on?

Btw I’ve had two more calls from this number, so a total of six this afternoon. Does this not qualify as harassment?

Hi you could use do not disturb to forward all calls to voice mail then use the VIP list so that any important calls come through to you.
