1572 Option 3 (Messages) not working

When I select Play Message on 1572, instead of saying no messages or whatever, I'm simply

hearing continuous unobtainable tone?

Managed to check my 1572 messages finally last night.(Unobtainable tone disappeared on Opt 3).

Worryingly another regular caller to my number had been diverted, and not on my own list of calls to divert.
Have had to add to VIP list. There's something seriously wrong in Call Protect randomly "blocking/ diverting"
numbers from getting through directly Sad  Sad

I've asked internally about the unobtainable tone on, can you keep the numbers being blocked queries to the other thread regarding this so we're not duplicating responses.

As at 1650 today Option 3 playing unobtainable tone again, so unable to check if there are

wrongly diverted callers. Sad
