1572 - Access online ?

I have recently added Call Protect. With BT's offering you are able to configure things online and on the phone.

Does PN's offering allow online configuring ? If not could this be made available in the future ?

Plusnet Call Protect doesn't currently have a PC based UI, but I agree it's something which would be useful.

I'll ensure your request/feedback is passed onto our products team for consideration.

thanks Dave for the quick response and the information.

I had read on a thread from 2017 that it wasnt available but since PN are using the same BT 1572 I thought by now it would be available - as I had it when I was with Bt

It is about time we had online management. It has been requested from the outset and 1572 numbers are getting increasingly difficult to manage now they are using more creative ways to get around diversion. Either we get this or I will need to buy some call blocking phones as the problem is getting significant again.
