I activated my free 1571 a few days ago and it is still not activated even though plusnet says it would be activated the following working day.
Waiting at least 30 minutes every time I try and call is not acceptable.
Any suggestions?

I seem to remember mine took 5 working days

When my line was moved over in October 2013 to PN I found that 1571 was already active, maybe that was the default setting back then, once I realised it was already active it took around 48hrs for the deactivation process to complete, settings can be changed via the Member Centre.

It looks like the order got stuck in an automated process and it did not place correctly. I have placed it manually and it should be working tomorrow morning for you, I have also raised a support ticket to the required team to ensure that this reflects on your call features page shortly.
