Went through the control Panel last Wednesday (16th Sept) to deactivate my Voicemail. Received an email saying this would be done and an email would be sent to confirm this. Still waiting, Can someone here please attend to this for me. I see in other posts it can be done fairly quickly.
It looks like the call feature is no longer on the line, however the account seems to be stuck in 'Awaiting Removal'. I've raised the appropriate task to update this on the account and these are usually updating within 1 working day. I hope this helps
