1571 voicemail going to another telephone number

The last message on our voicemail is dated 27/07/20.  One of our friends has said they are now getting our voicemail messages. 

I have checked all handsets in the house and the same issue exists.

i cannot find instructions as I think one of my elderly relations may have accidentally set a divert up without realising.  Please could I be sent instructions on how to remove a divert from 1571.

It would be hard to set up a divert by accident. Also, it diverts all incoming calls, not just 1571, which will cut in on engaged or no reply.

Are you getting incoming calls? If not, would be worth initially dialling 17070 and checking that it is your number that is announced.
