The default number of rings before the call goes to voicemail seems to be 7. Consequently I find myself rushing round to see where I last left the phone so as to pick up the call. This can cause a lot of frustration when you don't get there in time. However, there does not seem to be a facility readily available to increase it to, say, 10 rings before voicemail. If such a facility existed I am sure that many customers would be pleased to opt for a longer delay.
