1571 not working

My phone line went live on Monday, However 1571 is not working.

There is a 30minute + wait on the phone, does anybody know if there is a cose one can enter to activate the service?

Good Evening, 

 

It seems this is missing from your line at the wholesale level, I've popped an order in to activate 1571 and that will be active by the morning at the latest

Hi,

i have exactly the same problem in that my account tells me I have the 1571 facility but when I try to ring it I have a voice telling me that my line does not have this service. 

 

Please help.

I'm sorry to see voicemail wasn't activated as part of your order as it should have been. I've now placed an order for that manually and it should be active tomorrow.

@AndyMc Sorry to hear that.

It looks like it wasn't added to your line correctly so I've done this manually for you.

If you try it again in the next 15 to 30 minutes it should be working.
