1571 not working

We have voicemail set up on the phone, but tonight the message we get is that the service is not available and the we should contact the provider.
Incidentally, we upgraded to fibre broad band yesterday, so I wonder if the two are related?

Hi, I don't think the two would be related, have you raised a fault on the account ?
With a fault raised we can identify why the 1571 isn't working.

I can see you've just spoken to one of our Tech guys who has placed an order to remove 1571 so that we can re-add it again. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but we'll get this sorted for you ASAP Smiley
