1571 not working

My account shows this as active but when dial 1571 I get a message saying this line doesn't have a call answering service. Please can this be activated?

You could try and de-activate it then re-active it in the members panel, which might be quicker than waiting in the hope that a staff member may see it. They tend to be thin on the ground at weekends.

Or give support a ring, or via chat.
