1571 not working. Message in Phone Control Panel says "An error has occured"

We don't seem to have 1571 anymore according to when I ring 1571 on my phone.  When I go to my Plusnet account, it says that the Call Feature is awaiting activation, but I can't do anything as I get the message "An error has occured" and I can't make any changes.  I've had an email to say that I have asked to remove Call Features but I don't remember asking for this to happen.  I just want to add them back in.  Can you help?

Fix

Hi @fluffy_morson 

I've placed an order to add Voicemail and Call Protect, which are showing in the awaiting activation status, and they should be active within 24 hours. Let me know if there are any issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
