1571 not working (15 days after service start)?

My phone & line rental was transferred to Plusnet 15 days ago, and my account shows that I have Voicemail (1571), but when I dial 1571, I get a BT message saying the line doesn't have the 1571 call answering service. Do I need to do something to activate this?

Hi @Windswept, thanks for getting in touch,

 

I'm sorry to see Voicemail is not working, I've checked the order and it looks as if Voicemail wasn't fully activated on the order. I've now manually placed an order to activate this for you and this will take affect within the next 24 hours
