1571 free voicemail service activated itself

I noticed today that the free 1571 voicemail service has suddenly become active on my account at some point over the last week, without being requested. As I have never asked for it to be activated there is no option to remove it. Can this be removed as I prefer unanswered calls to drop to my answerphone so that I can actually see that I have one. Tried raising a support ticket, but there is no option to ask a question about this

I'm really sorry about this! I'm not really sure what's happened here. According to your line records voicemail 1571 has always been on your line, so I'm not sure why it's only just activated now. I've placed an order to remove it, and it should be off within the next 3 working days. Once again, my apologies.
