1571 & 1572 not active

Off this week and been getting nuisance calls, attempted using the 1572 but advises the service cannot be connected and 1571 this line doesn't have a call answering service. These in theory have been activated via the account for some time. Can you advise why not working please Plusnet team.

Cheers, for getting in touch about this, I can see Voicemail was on the account but not actually on the line. I have added it now.

It should be on the line within 24 hours.
