1571 activation

so, yesterday afternoon i requested that 1571 be activated, i got the email this morning that, yes, my line now has 1571 activated. but, it appears as yellow in the features page and of course when i dial 1571 the recorded message says that "this line has not bee activated for 1571".
it's past the 1 working day required to activate the service.
wot's goin' on?

Hi there,
It's showing as completed early hours of this morning, so should be working now.
Can you check for me please?

mand, i can confirm that the service is now active, but it is still showing as yellow "awaiting activation" on the 'call features' tab of plusnet.
not in sync?

Order reports from BT are for the previous day. So our systems won't show it as active until tomorrow (because it completed today).
