1571 Voicemail - Please Help Me Remove

I know that this problem has been raised before but I need help please.
I can't face hanging on the phone for a long period of time waiting to speak to a nice Plusnet Bod.
I have wrestled with the control panel thingy but to no avail.
My new line has got the 1571 voicemail thing installed.
I didn't ask for the service and I am fed up with people I don't know leaving me rubbish messages.
Can somebody please help me Get Rid of 1571 Voicemail?

Should be gone no later than the end of the day on Monday. These types of orders usually go through sooner though so hopefully you shouldn't be waiting too long for the voicemail to be removed.
It looks like this was added to the line in error during your housemove. I've passed the feedback on to the person who placed the orders.
