1571 Removal

Hi,

I have 1571 on my line. I've never requested it and have no option to remove it in my account. I need it removed. Can this be done please?

Yes thanks I've been there but I don't have voicemail ticked and I still have 1571.

I've read if this happening too someone else on these forums and someone sorted it for them.

Ah, OK. The Home Phone Control Panel does seem somewhat prone to error at times.

Someone will be along tomorrow to give the system a kick I have no doubt.

It looks like the voicemail feature was just enabled on the line itself, and not your account as well.

I've now placed an order to remove it for you. It should be gone within 24 hours.
