1571 Anytime Voicemail

Hi all,
I'm a new user and just joined this week. Just wished to ask why the 1571 voicemail service which comes FOC with Anytime isn't active. It's showing active on my account but not being recognized on the telephone.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It looks like it wasn't added on our suppliers systems.
I've done this now and it should be up and running in the next hour or so.
