1571 Active and can't be disabled

The 1571 feature is active on my phone line (even though I did not request it) and I am unable to disable it through my account as the voicemail calling feature is not selected. Is there some way this feature can be disabled either by myself or by Plusnet?

I have the same issue, not selected on the call features page, but is active on my line.

I've manually removed 1571 off our supplier's systems for you
