I've just taken off my anytime call package as I've decided that it isn't really worth it, decided against the linesaver rental option as it doesn't include evening and weekend calls and was expecting to see a £15.95 a month bill for the line rental.
It appears that my line rental is £0.04 more than the advertised price at £15.99 - only a few pennies but not as advertised.
For some reason I'm still showing as owing £40 for my PN router despite having been a customer for over 2 years now and well out of my 18 month contract.
Also could a member of staff confirm that I still have the "Anytime" feature until the 17th Feb as I appear to have missed being able to take it off and avoid paying another fiver by one day but it doesn't make it clear on my account if it is still active or not.

Good afternoon,
As you mentioned you have been with us a while now and you are on an old phone package which use to be £14.99 Free Evening and Weekend calls.
When we increased our prices we increased this package to £15.99.
So effectively your paying £0.04 for Evening and Weekend calls
I have had a look at your account and there is a phone product change from anytime to evening and weekends scheduled for the 17/02/2015
In regards to your router, have a look at this 97869091
