1470 over ride

I am ex-directory and for peace of mind would like to arrange for my number to be blocked on all outgoing calls.  Is this possible?

It's not a feature in the Home Phone control panel, but when one of the Plusnet team see this post tomorrow they'll be able to set it up.

Hi there. I've placed an order with Openreach to withhold your number, which should be working within an hour or so.

You will be able to override this by dialling 1470 in front of the number you want to dial.
