My latest bill indicates someone made a call for 1 minute duration to 123 at specified time and date. I have no idea what this is and we did not make this call. Plus Net say if its on the system then the call was made. We have inclusive calls and never ever have to pay extra. Anyone out there had this problem ?

This isn't impossible but is however extremely unlikely.
I'm absolutely not saying that we won't refund the call for you, however we would like to know why it has happened.
