 paid this bill , and was astounded by the price of a 118118 call  
highway robbery , dick Turpin or WHAT   £6.09 for 2 mins !!! that was just for the number ,, not to be connected and they had the bother to say  they have a special offer for TALK TALK

These 'services' are operated by Mr & Mrs B'stard's son Robin IMO but there's still the discrepency between advertised charges (BT Retail) and 'other providers' (partly dictated by BT Wholesale taking a nice little cut it seems).

In that case Ben hasn't he been charged £1 too much?  The call is showing as 2 minutes (presumably rounded up), so that would be 292p for the first minute plus 217p for the second minute, which comes to 509p, whereas the screenshot shows the OP has been charged 609p.
