10p Charge For Ringback - Last Time It Was Free

I've just noticed that I've been charged 10p for a ringback "ringbackncr" on Home Phone Evenings & Weekends. The last time we used it on 3 August "callreturn" it was free.
Is this a mistake or have I missed a change to the tariff? Are there any other changes that I've missed?

Re: 10p Charge For Ringback - Last Time It Was Free

Ok I've done a bit more digging and it seems like free ringback is now a chargeable add-on (£1.50 per month), otherwise it's 10p per go  :(.
Hmm, as I said above, are there any other increases that I've missed?

Bob,
I think you're confusing ringback and 1471 call return.
Ringback is when you call a number and it's engaged - you can press 5 to have the system call you when they hang up.
Call return is when you press 3 using 1471.
Ringback has always been chargeable.  Call return is still free!
Edit: typo
