1000 minute Limit

Thanks guys.
My daughter is practically the sole user of the phone in our house.
I used to keep an eye on the 1000 minute limit and reign her in when it came near.
Now you have removed the indicator she has gone over the limit and I only found out when my credit went negative having only recently put on £5.
It's not the money so much as having a limit and not knowing where it stands at any one time.
Mand said "There is no 1000 minute Fair Usage Policy anymore, so you do not need to monitor your minutes."
At this point in time that is not true for everyone.

Re: 1000 minute Limit

Yes James but we are still being charged up to the end of our current period without a monitor of usage.

The 1000 minute limit has been removed for everyone, irrespective of your current billing period.

Re: 1000 minute Limit

Does that mean I will be credited with all call charges imposed since the removal of the limit.

Re: 1000 minute Limit

Hi there,
If you'd like to give me a ticket ID, or PM me your username I'd be happy to look into this for you and confirm the current situation.
As James said we have removed the 1000 minute Fair Usage Policy for everyone, so if you've gone over your credit limit this is usually attributed to chargeable calls.

Re: 1000 minute Limit

As you will see Mand these are local calls under one hour duration that are normally chargeable once you have used up your 1000 minutes.
At least my daughter keeps an eye on the phone's call timer...even small blessing are welcome.

Re: 1000 minute Limit

Good to see the 1000 limit removed as well as the £20 cancellation fee. Never know, I might have gone for PN a while ago when I grumbled about the cancellation fee anyway (along with many others).
