0845 and 0870 Numbers Free

I have recently moved to Talk anytime package from Talk evening and weekend mainly because of the free 0870 and 0845 number.
I have noticed that i am still being charged for those numbers as per unbilled calls.
I have raised a ticket but it seems to be unresolved.
Has anyone else had same issue

Re: 0845 and 0870 Numbers Free

Hi there,
On your account type, MAAF Talk Anytime, 0870 calls are included however 0845 calls are not. The following page gives the information you need on this, http://www.madasafish.com/talk/
I can see you've been misadvised in a couple of tickets on your account which I'll pick up with the relevant managers, sorry about that.
Former Plusnet Staff member. Posts after 31st Jan 2020 are not on behalf of Plusnet.

and for any one else as its not well documented, the legacy  anytime 240 also only has the 0870 free (plus 0845 to the call centre)

I certainly have been mislead regards 0845 numbers as this was spacificly asked about before changing.
You have answered my ticket very quickly in this reply so why have those that respond to tickets not answered correctly.
So what is the differenc between Plusnet Talk and MAAF Talk are you not the same company

Re: 0845 and 0870 Numbers Free

Hi there,
I've refunded the call costs for the 0870 calls which have been charged, and answered the relevant ticket on your account.
I've sent some feedback to our managers regarding this, as I can see that incorrect information was given on a couple of occasions on your tickets.
Plusnet Talk and MAAF Talk have quite a few differences (the general direction is that Plusnet get more features, but MAAF have cheaper product prices).
