Well just as a point of interest
My contract is with Plusnet, therefore btw can get stuffed nothing to do with me, not my problem, Plusnets problem
and if I just rented my phoneline from plusnet/whoever and payed for all calls plusnet would have to keep the data so if they are not being supplied it by btw, I take a case out and sue plusnet I win cos plusnet have broke the law then plusnet sue btw....................oops thats how lawyers make a fortune
ok no doubt you get my drift
and my mobile bill shows any call whether included in my plan or not so what is the difference.............I know BT's not involved

I'm not entirely sure what your point is. Are you trying to suggest that we have done something wrong?
The reference in this thread to BT Wholesale is that they are the company that supply us with the records of chargeable calls. We're not hiding behind them for any reason.
