Re: was this another secret?

Two of the doors are guarded by policemen.
Behind one of the doors is a winning lottery jackpot ticket.
Behind another door is your worst nightmare.
What questions do you ask to find out which is which Undecided

Re: was this another secret?

If this is the one where one guard always tells the truth and the other always lies, then you ask one of them what the other would guard would say if you asked him/her which was the door to the winning lottery ticket, and then you choose the other door. The rationale being that if you asked the guard that tells the truth he would give the answer that the guard that lies would give, ie the wrong door. If, however, you asked the guard that lies he would know that the other guard would give the right door as his answer and would change it to, again, the wrong door

I’ve not seen that film strat. I think I first came across this as one of those logic problems that were quite popular in the late 70’s early 80’s. It must of turned up a little while ago in one of the kids films/programmes (can’t remember which) as they tried to catch me out with it and weren’t altogether pleased that I could solve it. Just goes to prove the sort of opinion they have of their old dad doesn’t it, presuming this would be beyond me

Re: was this another secret?

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is a 2007 American superhero film, and sequel to the 2005 film Fantastic Four. Both films are based on the Fantastic Four comic book
