the ultimate Shopper?

http://www.firebox.com/product/3575/DTV-Shredder?itc=276&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_...
watch the video down the page a bit  http://www.firebox.com/video/3204

As if this isn’t enough to part you with your pocket money, the powerful engine will carry a payload up to 1200lbs and is designed to haul a specially-designed trailer behind it. With the handlebars folded down in this mode, it can even be – get this – remotely operated!
With all these features it’s a dream-machine for any petrol head or extreme sports lunatic. The only thing it’s missing is a machine gun – although the US military haven’t ruled it out.

Re: the ultimate Shopper?

how does the steering work?
by weight re-distribution (like on a skateboard/snowboard) or braking one of the drive belts?

Re: the ultimate Shopper?

seeming as it can run remote controlled without a passenger (See Video) it cant be weight transfer, and in remote the handle lays flat so it must be belt braking  QED ?
dont know about Strat chair, cant see how that works.

Just thought about something and thought i better come back and post..
If anyone actually buys one of those machines from firebox, just remember you can't use them on the pavement and to use a public road you gotta have it registered, insured, taxed and hold a licence otherwise the fuzz will be making contact..

This: http://www.firebox.com/product/3579/JetLev-Flyer?via=whnew&cat=wtf looks like a quicker way to get around. And a real bargain.

yon wee tracked vehicle will be popular for forest races similar to those for segways.
