I posted a similar question this morning.

Did you?

You posted it at 12:17 - Roughly quarter past midday.
Now look at journeys start to this thread:

6:05am - 6 hours and 12 minutes before yourself!
Stealing credit artmo? Wink

Apart from the fact that I posted from the US where we are five hours behind. I'm sure even you will be able to work that out Grin

Re: school first grade - entry test

We seem to have some pedants around today.
FYI I didn't read journey's post until much later and apologised to him. It didn't worry him so why should it worry you Crazy  maybe a mod will merge the 2 threads if that will put your minds at rest Grin

Re: school first grade - entry test

Surely the forum time is absolute for an individual user.
If I post something at 6am then another thing at 9am then there will be a three hour gap.
Someone in a different time zone may see it on the forum with their local time as (for example) 1pm and 4pm but the posts will still be the same time apart.
If I saw a post at 6am from one user then another at 12pm from someone from a different time zone, this would not affect the time relative to my own time zone. It would still be 6 hours apart from the first to last post unless I jumped in my TARDIS and pulled a few levers.
Ok - being pedantic but hey - it's a Sunday evening and I've had a beer  Grin
