The Q is are the "bidders" all - 0 feedback people? (i.e. no chance of getting any money in this case)

Re: "Only an idiot"

Auction has been relisted / revised a 3rd time now as it's had timewasters etc. BBC news video is suddenly dead too - just as I was going to show it to the missus too.

Re: "Only an idiot"

My general experience with ebay motors is that it's just used as a viewing gallery. See something you might like, pop over and view it, make an offer and buy.
The auction part is just a bit of a joke not usually taken that seriously.
As a result many relists and many just ended early because it's been sold privately.

Re: "Only an idiot"

£250 was the last bid. £255 was to be the next bid!  Wink
I sold my ageing Stag on eBay a couple of years back. It went for my reserve and was bought unseen. The buyer even waited for the funds to clear before coming to collect.
Quite a pleasant transaction!  Smiley

Re: "Only an idiot"

Never bought a car directly via ebay / paypal but we have found 3 of them on there and bought them privately. All three of them we bought blind without even inspecting first lol. Strange thing being they've been the most enjoyable too.
