joining plusnet

If I am currently with Plusnet can I leave and then rejoin ?  Silly question you might be thinking but anyone joining Plusnet on option 1 gets a free router. So not such a silly question after all!
I guess I know the answer already but please leave replies in the spirit the question was intended .

Re: joining plusnet

I take it you're asking so that you can get a Wireless Router without charge?
If you were happy to take a fixed term 12 month contract, I'd be more than happy to send you a wireless router for the postage cost of £6.99.

Re: joining plusnet

so do I just go into the first Plusnet page and just click on join (option1) to take up the offer of a 12 month contract ? I am a bit worried that I might be set up as a new account and get charged £9.99 for the new membership and £9.99 for my existing membership. As you know Plusnet cannot be contacted by e-mail and a previous telephone request took over 15 minutes for a response.
To avoid any problems can you accept this post as a formal request to put me on a 12 month contract and charge the £6.99 postage costs to my direct debit.. details which you already hold.
Thanks

Re: joining plusnet

I take it you're planning on staying on the same product?
BTW, according to http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212 the longest wait time is currently 2 minutes.
And you can always raise a ticket.

Re: joining plusnet

@gleneagles
I've just recently taken the offer of a new router and stayed on the same product - I just raised a ticket here requesting the router and giving permission for £6.99 to be debited from my card.
