Re: happy father's day

Don't actually have any of my own, but my step-daughters never forget, and my wife always covers for my step-son (but I'm not supposed to know that)
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Enjoy your dinner Strat

It was lovely particularly as I didn't have to cook it myself Cool
My Son came round this afternoon and presented me with a pile of DVD movies. That should keep me busy.

Strat - did he bring you that one you were asking about - something to do with clover in field?  Only I hope he brought you ones that you actually want to watch! Smiley

Re: happy father's day

I don`t think we`ll be seeing Strat on here for a while...... he has some serious viewing to do, otherwise when he gets asked questions about the DVD`s he won`t know the answers...... subsequently ruining his chances of getting more for Christmas! ! !. Cry Cry

Re: happy father's day

I spent about an hour on the phone to my Dad, trying to convince him that his email address wasn't actually his username.

Now that`s what I call a cheap present......  Shocked  talking to your dad on a "free" call..... (about an hourHuh
Of course that is assuming you were calling on the "Free" time, and you only kept talking for 59 minutes (about an hour) ! ! !  Grin Grin Grin

Cloverfield Josie and I bought it myself Sunday morning at Tesco. Watched it Sunday night and to say it's strange would be an understatement.
He brought Alien Quadrilogy (8 DVDs) amongst others and they will keep me busy for days...as shutter said.
