comments are milking this - nearly up to our standard

http://www.dorsetecho.co.uk/news/15364071.Cows_cause_heavy_traffic_on_the_A35/

TRAFFIC has returned to normal after a herd of cows caused delays on the A35.

Loose cows were reported on eastbound on the bypass just past the Puddletown turning at around 9am.

Dorset Police attended the scene and put a rolling road block in place.

Did they have to moove them to an udder place, or were they on the horns of a dilemma?

We used to get one or two cows from the local farm loose on our housing estate.

The cows looked completely incongruous but the kids loved them.

I guess the farmer has invested in new fencing because I haven't seen any on the estate for a few years.

We live directly opposite a farm entrance and not uncommon to see a line of them staring over in our direction - all very amoosing.

Loose cows! The clear up must have taken ages!Crazy3

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

They deserved a pat on the back after that clean up.

They might have found it a moooving experience, you know, by taking the bull by the horns and dealing with a cow of a job.

Re: comments are milking this - nearly up to our standard

As a kid in my teens we lived opposite a field of cows. They escaped the field twice - oddly on two consecutive days. The first time they just blocked the main road and use a few cars to scratch against etc. The next day they were out again and I found one staring through the glass on the front door at me - needless to say i stayed upstairs just in case the door gave way lol.

A few years later i was looking for a lost cat which some lads had seen in a field full of cows. They showed me into the field and we found the cat alive and well. We saw some cows in the next field that were slowing heading towards us and decided to take back out of the field up an embankment intending to climb over a fence at the top. The cows got a bit threatened (strange as we were moving away) and decided they were going to try to trample us. There was a couple of "moo" sounds and then the sound of a lot of rumbling coming our way. We scurried up that embankment like there was no tomorrow and seconds later around 20 cows burst in under the trees coming up the hill at us before realising they'd not make it and running back out in a semi circle pattern. It scared the hell out of us and i've always been very cautious of cows ever since. They can go from docile to killer in seconds.

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Are you sure the article is not just Fake Moos commonly known as a load of Bull?

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
